Why a home inspection?

Let me use my 35 years of construction experience to perform a certified home inspection and help you determine the condition of the home you are buying or selling.

I'll visually inspect the home from top to bottom and give you a written report with pictures and a Summary of issues or concerns that you can resolve with the seller or buyer before closing escrow.

How has the house been maintained?  Are there moisture problems?  What maintenance or replacement costs will be required soon?  If it's new, how is the workmanship? Are there inherent problems built in that will let moisture penetrate that could cause mold or dry rot?

Don't be surprised by unexpected costs after you move in to your new home.
